Weird situation that gets weirder with comments. While I’ve discussed the issue of photo rights before, and taken the stance that people should know what they’re getting into, I think the rules of social use change when people are involved as subjects of the photos. Insisting that your business be advertised by the subject of the photo is not acceptable to me. Some people would gladly comply, but some people, like this guy, would react in the perfectly acceptable manner of being a bit taken aback.
